	Welcome to Hunters Bend.  Please click on our Yale entrance HBHOA 2012 Annual meeting minutes and homeowner dues Click Here *NEW* HBHOA 2012 approved Budget Attention Hunters Bend Homeowners  The annual Hunters Bend Homeowners Association meeting will be at 7:30 PM, Tuesday, Jan 24^th in the meeting room of the fire station at 111^th and Yale.  The agenda includes a discussion of the possibility of a casino being built where the smoke shop is currently located, the election of officers for the 2012 fiscal year, and a presentation of the association budget for fiscal 2012.  The budget presentation will explain the 2012 dues assessment of $300/ lot which is flat to last year’s assessment.
