Frequently Asked
Questions
That's easy - just click on the "Email Us" tab on any page of the website and send your question to the board. Someone will get back with you promptly!
These are the
"rules" that were put in place when Hunters Bend was formed as a
subdivision. They are part of every property's deed and are
legally binding upon anyone owning a home in Hunters Bend.
They include the type of house that can be built and all
restrictions on things like trailers, large trucks, pools, etc.
Every homeowner should have a complete copy of these covenants and
restrictions. If you do not, you should contact the board.
You can also find a copy of them by clicking the "HBHOA" tab above
and then clicking on the link.

What is the situation with the detention pond on 111th? The detention pond is now owned by the City of Tulsa. It is still for use as a flood control pond only and will not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the Hunters Bend Home Owners Association. Now that the city has the pond, they will be mowing the property. While we still have the ability to water the roadside areas, we will only be watering the entrances and common property within the neighborhood at this time. This savings in mowing and watering will be passed on to the Home Owners by lowering the dues for 2005.
